We do not intend to take on properties whose owners wish to make them available for renting only during the Olympics. However if you have a property with an ongoing minimum availability of 12 weeks per year - and that includes the Olympic Games, we would be happy to hear from you.

We have not yet decided on our pricing policy over the Olympic period, but currently anticipate an uplift of between 20% and 50%.
